We are seeking a Client Service Delivery Expert to join our team in Melbourne. This role focuses on interacting with clients, their advisers and other internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective processes and delivery of exceptional client service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong client service experience, a working knowledge of unit trust administration preferably in a custodial or operational environment and some investment market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding of new fund investors and provide ongoing service to existing fund investors
  • Liaise with external unit registry provider to answer client queries, complete account openings, and resolve trade and account maintenance queries
  • Perform daily administrative duties and ensure all requests and tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner
  • Liaise with investment management teams and outsourced unit registry provider to resolve any daily cashflow queries
  • Day to day oversight of outsourced unit registry provider and Investor Services mailbox
  • Ensure regular internal and external reporting requirements are met
  • Answer internal and external enquiries as it relates to requests for fund information
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product and Client Service teams
  • Assist with project related work as and when required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred
  • RG146 (training provided)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computing skills particularly across the MS Office suite and SharePoint
