Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Home Health team, providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, transportation, and social outings.
- Build relationships with customers and their families, conducting regular observations and providing ongoing support and training.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to customers.
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.
- Full vaccination for COVID-19 with a minimum of 2 doses.
- Proficiency in an additional language is valued but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Disability Support Worker qualification.
- Community Services or Mental Health worker experience.
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN) qualification.
- Bachelor of Social Work or Nursing degree.
What We Offer
- Permanent Part-time or Casual contracts available.
- Earn from $29.06 to $32.56 per hour, plus 11.5% super.
- Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM, plus paid travel time.
- Stable roster and opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs.

- Fully supported and paid Induction program.
- Become Cert III qualified in Individual Support (Aged Care) with all fees paid (for eligible employees).
