Job Overview

The Regional Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. This all-rounder role encompasses leadership, commercial, and operational responsibilities and accountabilities.

To succeed in this position, you will have strong people leadership skills, with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance. Proven sales mentorship experience through implementing strategies to drive business is essential.

You will also be responsible for managing residential and commercial lending activities, as well as possessing a high level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.

Key attributes of the ideal candidate include excellent communication skills, financial management acumen, and a deep understanding of retail branch operations.

This is a permanent, full-time position located at [location]. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
