Participate in national projects and contribute to policy development.Monitor performance metrics including patient satisfaction, scan quality, and team engagement.Actively contribute to the Lumus Ultrasound Advisory Committee and quality initiatives.What We're Looking ForAt least 6 FTE years of post-qualification experience as a SonographerStrong general and advanced sonography skillsA confident, approachable leader with excellent communication skillsA team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environmentA passion for developing others and improving systems.ASAR accreditation and a Graduate Diploma (or equivalent) in Clinical SonographyQualifications in education or Management (desirable)Lead with Purpose.
