Regional Business Manager

We are dedicated to supporting the growth of regional businesses and communities across Australia. Our banking team puts customers at the heart of everything we do, supporting their success.
This role involves managing a diverse portfolio consisting of agricultural producers. The customers are large family-owned businesses with operations in Queensland for which you will be responsible.
Main Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients, gain an understanding of their needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver financial solutions.
- Drive strategy, deal execution, structuring, and negotiation of financial solutions while owning risk management responsibilities.
- Are able to relocate to Brisbane or a nearby location.
- Have a passion for building customer-centric relationships.
- Hold commercial experience and skills in managing complex portfolios.
- Are comfortable driving business origination across diverse sectors.
- Have extensive agricultural experience with regional professional networks.
- Are tenacious, resilient, confident, and self-motivated with qualifications in commerce or finance advantageous.
