Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company's growth objectives, leveraging your industry expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Extensive Experience: 5+ years in a senior sales role within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, with a focus on Freight Forwarding.
- Proactive and Results-Driven: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving business growth.
- Legal Right to Work: Legal right to work in Australia; own transport preferred.
