Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of sales strategies, researching the market, and working closely with the Marketing team to create sales collateral and display suite set-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Research the market and assist in the review of product mix
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create sales collateral and display suite set-ups
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite
  • Develop channel partner relationships
  • Source buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
  • Provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building
  • Educate buyers regarding the project, property investment, and provide general property market commentary
  • Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
  • Assist in the hiring and management of a Sales Executive and Host/Assistant
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments
  • Experience in managing external agent channel partners
  • Real Estate License
  • Extremely well-presented and a strong communicator
  • Able to work weekends from launch onwards
