About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Manager to lead a critical 6-month project. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the transition to a new 3PL provider, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and systems to enhance our supply chain efficiency and meet our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the transition from the current logistics setup to a new 3PL provider.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the transition process.
  • Monitor and assess performance metrics to optimize logistics operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the transition and beyond.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics management, preferably with a focus on 3PL transitions or supply chain optimization projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry is preferred.
