Payroll and HR Administrator

The role is an excellent opportunity for a Payroll and HR professional to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for preparing payroll, setting up and inputting new starters, checking timesheets, ensuring data is captured accurately and maintained correctly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits
  • Setting up and inputting new starters into our database system
  • Checking timesheets to ensure accurate recording of hours worked
  • Maintaining employee records, including updating contact details and leave balances

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in payroll processing and administration
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with contractors and clients
  • Database management skills, with experience in maintaining and updating employee records
