Job Title: HR Operations, Payroll, and Office Administrator
">Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily administrative functions of our People and Culture department. This role will be responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management for the APAC region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in HRIS systems
- Process payroll for employees in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in APAC markets
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Partner with the Head of HR, APAC, and global HR team to deliver the annual HR cycle, including performance reviews, promotions, and remuneration reviews
- Onboard new hires and manage employee data entry into ADP HR Module
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll and benefits
- Oversee office administration, including ordering supplies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR and Payroll partnering experience in APAC markets
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
- Ability to maintain confidential information regarding all HR activities
- Ability to work independently and identify opportunities to evolve people and culture systems and processes
