As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will support the Group Executive, Chief HR Officer, and Corporate Affairs team. This pivotal role ensures professional secretarial and administrative services, dynamic report preparation, meeting coordination, and schedule organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining the schedules for both the Chief HR Officer and General Manager, HR Australia
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and functions with professional agenda preparation and business papers
  • Representing the Chief HR Officer by welcoming visitors, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries
  • Arranging corporate travel and meetings, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Assisting with the delivery and closure of actions for the Board and relevant Committees
  • Processing and reconciling expense accounts and invoices for the Chief HR Officer and Management team members
  • Maintaining an effective filing and document management system
  • Contributing to departmental communication by preparing and editing articles, designing presentations, and distributing information
  • Supporting key HR team members by advising on historical precedents and serving as a liaison between employees and the Chief HR Officer

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, providing senior-level support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, MS Teams, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines
  • A background in Human Resources and understanding of HR practices or experience in the banking & financial services industry, particularly in food & agribusiness would also be advantageous but not critical to success in the role

  • A salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
