Job Title: Chief People Officer

We're seeking an experienced Chief People Officer to lead our people functions across the HelloFresh Group ANZ, including YouFoodz and BeCool. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive strategic initiatives to optimize human capital and deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the delivery of people initiatives, projects, and global harmonisation projects with a high level of autonomy.
  • Talent Development: Lead, grow, develop, and mentor the P&C teams, including supporting global team members with local reporting responsibilities.
  • Culture Transformation: Implement the People & Culture strategy, ensuring alignment to organisational objectives and enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Assist with organizational design, culture programs, and other initiatives to enable organisational outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: In Human Resources leadership positions, with a depth of experience in HR, employee comp & benefits, EVP, and people systems.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and ANZ employment regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills, with a proven track record in change management from a multi-site perspective.
What We Offer:
  • Salary Range: AU$170,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
