Leadership Development Position

About the Opportunity

A Leadership Development specialist is an operational and technical expert responsible for managing and growing their own portfolio while supporting the Business Leader in developing and retaining their team. They have a customer-focused mindset that drives retention, growth, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding and consistent customer experiences by adhering to our Operational Excellence framework.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of internal and customer-facing technology systems.
  • Show ability to assess, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to a varying range of scenarios.
  • Understand financial systems and processes.
  • Be an expert in all corporate travel product knowledge that delivers the best outcome for customers.
Growth and Retention
  • Show ability to review a customer's travel program and present options that drive compelling financial and operational value to deliver growth and profitability.
  • Have intimate knowledge of their customer portfolio.
  • Deliver a compelling customer experience to maximise the opportunity for retention and satisfaction.
  • Show ability to influence customers to drive results and opportunities.
  • Have a deep understanding of customers' end-to-end journeys.
  • Know how to position features and benefits of the CT product suite.
  • Understand key business drivers for CT and contribute to its success.
  • Have a strong track record of effective and timely execution.
Development
  • Be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Be open to learning and developing skills required to succeed.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of external competitor activity and market trends to deliver valued insights.
  • Set targets and goals and strive to achieve these.
  • Contribute to a peer-to-peer, collaborative, and continuous learning culture within Corporate Traveller.
  • Strive for subject matter expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in the travel industry.
  • Leadership experience.
  • 2+ years on Sabre.
  • 6 months in Lumina is desired but not essential.
  • Exceptional multitasking ability.
  • To be a 'people person' who values the importance of developing strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Tertiary education is highly regarded.
