Job Overview:

This is a pivotal role in the design, delivery, enhancement, and support of IP rights administration systems and enterprise solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, deliver, improve, and support IP rights administration systems and enterprise solutions.
  • Develop expertise in AI through development and support of CoPilot functionality and/or CoPilot Agents.
  • Project delivery, ongoing improvement, and escalated technical support across all phases of the operational model.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platforms, particularly Model-driven apps.
  • Significant skills in similar development environments with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Experience in delivery and operations within a cloud environment (e.g., Azure, M365).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work with diverse groups, valuing individual differences.
  • Proactive response to feedback and willingness to develop new skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automation and SharePoint.
  • Understanding or experience with Microsoft CoPilot support and/or Agent delivery.
  • Experience with enterprise ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of IP rights-related business processes and operations.
