Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Systems Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in MRI software and its integration points to deliver high-quality system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and analyze system processes related to MRI and its connected platforms.
  • Maintain and support MRI and integrated applications, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries and reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Utilize JIRA to manage tasks, issues, and project workflows efficiently.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MRI software and its integration points.
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and system support.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
