">- This role involves playing a key lead position in the design, delivery, improvement and support of IP Rights Administration Systems and Enterprise Systems hosted on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platforms systems.
- To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, improving and supporting these systems across all phases of the operational model.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
">- You must have experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platforms, especially Model-driven apps.
- Significant skills in similar development environments with the ability to adapt quickly.
- You should have experience in delivery and operations within a Cloud environment, e.g., Azure, M365.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required.
- You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral.
- Critical thinking, issue assessment, resolution provision and outcome delivery within deadlines are essential.
- You must be able to work with diverse groups, valuing individual differences.
- A proactive response to feedback and willingness to develop new skills are necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automation and SharePoint is beneficial.
- An understanding or experience with Microsoft CoPilot support and/or Agent delivery is desirable.
- You should have experience with enterprise ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
- An understanding of IP Rights related business processes and operations is also required.
