We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Case Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims, working closely with injured workers, their employers, and Allied Health professionals to create a strategic plan to help them get back into work as quickly and safely as possible.
- Take responsibility for a full portfolio of workers compensation claims, focusing on physical and psychological based injuries
- Work together with injured workers, their employers, and external stakeholders to help the injured worker return to work as quickly and safely as possible
- Collaborate with Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement a plan to assist the injured workers' return to work journey
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to giving world-class customer service and building collaborative relationships with each customer
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers and employers
- Experience managing, negotiating, and influencing positive outcomes
- A passion for resolving conflicts and handling challenging conversations
