National Claims Performance Manager: Lead and Drive Excellence
About the Role
This is a key position within our Workers Compensation team, responsible for leading initiatives to ensure we meet and exceed our KPIs, quality benchmarks, operational measures, and service standards. As National Claims Performance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving claims performance to meet business targets and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Monitor and assess claims performance to meet business targets and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analytics and Claims teams to develop comprehensive reporting that delivers actionable insights to improve performance.
- Inform and support the development of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry bodies and regulators.
- Stay across scheme trends, changes, and expectations, translating these into practical strategies for the business.
- Deliver high-quality reports and presentations that influence decision-making at all levels.
- Oversee the development, monitoring, and implementation of remediation plans across portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with exceptional analytical skills, strong collaboration skills, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of turning insights into measurable results, experience in claims management, insurance performance, or a similar operational performance role, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or business, and relevant professional certification, such as Actuarial or Risk Management.
