Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package that includes a base salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, plus incentives for meeting performance targets.

Job Description

As an Appliance Service Technician - Field Specialist, you will carry out professional quality service repairs directly to customers at their residence or in the workshop. A major benefit within this role is flexibility as it supports a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing and fully testing the operation of products ensuring full customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
  • Completing all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) industry experience as a minimum. You will also need strong communication skills and PC skills. Additionally, you must be able to provide premium customer service and be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
