Senior Client Partner

The Senior Client Partner plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion and innovation within the Federal Government Industry, focusing on the largest Government Departments.

  • Represent our portfolio and develop opportunities through the early stages of the selling cycle, proposal, and conversion.
  • Create an agenda for innovation to differentiate our value proposition with clients.
  • Manage and grow existing clients within your portfolio, ensuring clear plans are in place to leverage and continually expand the account(s).
  • Foster strategic partnerships to enhance the perception of our capabilities.

Growth Opportunities:

  • Lead client account planning sessions to deliver a sales identification & execution strategy.
  • Ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand and manage delivery expectations and plan for post-sale transition to successful delivery.

Industry Expertise:

  • Demonstrate industry-specific expertise and/or domain expertise coupled with a proven track record of creating, leading, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Lead proactive propositions to take forward to multiple clients, positioning us as a relevant provider in a client's digital business transformation agenda.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong focus on lead generation complemented by business acumen necessary to identify, develop, and deliver outcome-based solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow clients within your portfolio.
