
Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, and researching prospect customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with C-suite personas across all product sales
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate an account strategy across a virtual team
- Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT initiatives
- Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time
- 7+ years of experience in software or solutions sales
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
- Able to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT
- Promote a customer success focus in a win-as-a-team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
