Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and services.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling PEXA's products and services, and develop strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
