About This Role

As the Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet management.

This includes ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of vehicles, from acquisition and utilisation through to maintenance, replacement planning and compliance.

You will lead improvements in fleet policy and practice while supporting the transport of vital healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee fleet management, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and portfolio oversight
  • Develop and administer fleet policy in support of operational continuity, sustainability, and optimising total operating cost outcomes
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, regional directors, and external providers to deliver cost-effective and compliant outcomes
  • Manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes with strong attention to detail and alignment to strategic objectives
