Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Associate Director to join our Divisional Controls team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and insight to support the identification of delivered impact assessments for major change initiatives within the Technology Modernisation domain.

You will manage risks and obligations applicable to the domain, as well as any impact of transformation. Additionally, you will proactively respond to events and issues arising that impact customers and other stakeholders, develop and implement appropriate solutions, and contribute to comprehensively addressing errors and continuously improving processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Technology, Payments and Core Banking subject matter expertise with a strong background in risk identification, assessment and controls design
  • An investigative mindset to explore complex issues and deliver timely advice
  • Ability to work autonomously as a senior member who will seek to expand responsibilities in 6-12 months
