Operational Risk Management Expert
The Role:
This is a key position where you will be responsible for assessing the operational risk management of an organisation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
As part of an enterprise-wide transformation project, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess inconsistencies in controls across the enterprise. You will extract relevant data from GRC obligations, assist in the development of control objectives and perform quality assurance work on risk delegates.
Other duties include mapping out controls, establishing tracking between obligations and non-financial risks, and creating high-quality presentations for stakeholders.

Desired Experience:
Previous experience in Operational Risk Management or Audit roles is essential. A background in a highly regulated industry (banking, financial services, utilities, professional services) is also required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, are necessary for success in this role.
A curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for problem-solving is ideal for this position. The ability to manage competing tasks and priorities is also crucial.
