The Divisional Risk Management Expert plays a critical role in driving positive outcomes for customers and contributing to the business's risk management maturity.

About the Role:

  • To drive risk management maturity by developing and maintaining sound compliance management practices.
  • To assist in identifying key risks and design indicators to monitor, input into Divisional Risk Profile as relevant.
  • To design controls to mitigate key risks and obligations applicable to the business.
  • To complete compliance obligation assessments.
  • To assist on regulatory response and regulatory engagement matters.
  • To provide guidance on risk and control items, including Subject Matter Expertise.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in compliance risk and controls.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory compliance risk and risk management disciplines, including controls assurance.
  • Accountable for providing risk and control specialist guidance to senior leaders.
  • Possess high commercial acumen and excellent ability to influence.
  • Strategic, resilient, and resourceful.
