Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team. As a senior risk manager, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks across various domains.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our organization takes the right amount of risk to deliver on our strategy.

You will work closely with functions across the Member Group and other groups within the Fund to achieve desired outcomes.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Risk Team to ensure first-line risk is managed in accordance with the Fund's Risk Management Framework.
  • Identify, design, implement, and test controls to manage material risks across the Member Domain.
  • Provide input and insights into Enterprise Risks as required.
  • Deliver practical advice and guidance for risk management to contribute to lifting risk maturity across the Domain.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years' experience in risk management, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with operational risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data across various sources to draw insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including being able to get to the root cause of risks/incidents.
  • High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters.
