About the Role
As a Senior Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on management strategies for high-priority individuals under post-sentence supervision.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management and risk escalation behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and consultation on identified risk escalation behaviors, incident management, and quality assurance practices and processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement best practice risk management initiatives and therapeutic work with high-risk and complex individuals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and submissions on high-profile and sensitive cases.
- Provide effective staff supervision, training, and mentoring.
