We're seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager to lead our operations, manage our team, and drive sales growth.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in overseeing daily store operations, managing retail and hospitality aspects, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient service, well-maintained stock levels, and a welcoming environment

- Lead, train, and motivate a young team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Drive sales growth through upselling, promotional activities, and local area marketing

- Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring a consistently positive guest experience

- Manage inventory control, ordering, and waste minimisation to meet business needs

- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

- Monitor team performance to ensure profitability through ongoing training and achievement of KPIs

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Hospitality Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with rostering, inventory management, and financial reporting

- Proficiency in retail or hospitality management software, and MS Office
