We are seeking a genuine, caring professional with a client-centric focus to join our team. As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include managing branded merchandise jobs from initial enquiry to delivery.
Key tasks will encompass:
- Following up on quotes
- Designing for clients using Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw
- Obtaining design approval
- Generating invoices using Xero
- Liaising with suppliers and production teams
- Ensuring seamless transaction processes
- Maintaining client satisfaction
This position offers the chance to develop a range of skills, including experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems and XERO invoicing software.
