Job Title: Business Development Associate

Sales business development associates play a vital role in the success of our clients' businesses. As a sales business development associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong customer service and ensure that all client needs are met
  • Show expertise in the rail environment and products available
  • Have previous experience as a sales coordinator and business-to-business sales experience
  • Be multitasked and have a real sense of urgency
  • Order the right parts and schedule jobs when received

Requirements:

  • Existing knowledge of the rails industry or willingness to learn
  • Mechanical background
  • Sales experience face-to-face
  • Ability to provide strong customer service
  • Willingsness to travel around Australia when required
