Job Description

This is a leadership role that oversees the end-to-end transformation of service delivery systems in housing and homelessness services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic leadership, policy development, and human services delivery.

The General Manager will be responsible for driving innovation and improvement across the service network, ensuring continuity of business services, and fostering partnerships with registered providers and community stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery consistency across all service centers.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions to empower Housing Service Centres and registered housing providers to deliver tailored local services.
  • Build strong relationships with registered service providers and community stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in public, private, and/or not-for-profit sectors, with a strong background in service delivery, strategy, and policy development.
  • A proven track record of success as a leader in large and complex organizations.
  • Ability to foster a confident and capable workforce in challenging environments.
