Job Role Overview

Lead Queensland's housing and homelessness service transformation, driving innovation, partnerships and person-centred delivery across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership and delivery of a range of housing and homelessness services in Queensland
  • Transformation of the end-to-end service delivery system in Housing and Homelessness to position housing services to be responsive to community expectations
  • Oversight of frontline delivery of housing assistance and support services throughout the region
  • Operational partnerships and contracts with registered housing and homelessness assistance providers to deliver effective solutions
  • Shaping Housing Service Centre capability to deliver a sustainable and person-centred operating model for long-term success
  • Implementation of new products and services and driving collaboration across the service system for positive outcomes

About the Leadership Opportunity

This senior role requires a strong background in service delivery, strategy and policy across agencies. The successful candidate will have experience as a leader in a large and complex organisation and a proven track record as an agent of change in challenging environments.

  • Extensive experience across the public, private, and/or not-for-profit sector, including strategic leadership and service delivery roles
