Job Opportunity

This role involves leading the transformation of frontline housing and homelessness service delivery by developing strategies for continuous improvement and consistency across all centres. Key responsibilities include leading the development of initiatives empowering Housing Service Centres and registered providers to innovate and deliver tailored local solutions, building strong partnerships with registered housing service providers and the community sector to achieve objectives of the Housing Strategy, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and innovation within the department, ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals, and ensuring strategies, solutions and decisions are evidence-based and research-driven to be appropriate and impactful.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transformation of frontline housing and homelessness service delivery by developing strategies for continuous improvement and consistency across all centres.
  • Drive the development of initiatives empowering Housing Service Centres and registered providers to innovate and deliver tailored local solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships with registered housing service providers and the community sector to achieve objectives of the Housing Strategy.
  • Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and innovation within the department, ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
  • Ensure strategies, solutions and decisions are evidence-based and research-driven to be appropriate and impactful.
