Bar Service Operations Leader

The Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar/lounge, ensuring exceptional guest and employee satisfaction.
- Directs, trains, and assists employees to deliver outstanding service and verifies that proper standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports management of bar activities and upkeep, verifying high-quality products and presentations.
- Supervises daily shift operations and maintains food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Assists floor staff during busy periods and utilizes labor management systems to effectively schedule to business demands and track employee time and attendance.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or higher experience in a 5-star service environment.
- Able to lead a team in a manager's absence.
- Effective payroll control.
- Team training programs development.
- Outgoing and approachable attitude with honesty, humility, and respect.
