Exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume bar team in a unique entertainment venue. Bar Manager / 2IC sought after to drive exceptional service, meet charter requirements and consistently hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring impeccable standards of cocktail presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high levels of beverage quality, drive sales and upsells, and manage and mentor bar staff.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with bar systems for seamless service, and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Ideal Background
  • 3+ years hospitality management experience in a high-volume cocktail bar or event venue.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to train and motivate teams, and strong inventory and compliance management skills.
  • A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
