The venue offers a globally inspired Modern Mediterranean cuisine, alongside a diverse range of cocktails & has long been a pioneer in the Australian craft beer landscape pushing the envelope.

Be apart of one of the Gold Coasts most successful hospitality groups embarking on great future growth plans to be involved with... this role could turn into a Group Bar Manager role, should you succeed in this, their premier venue.

Due to rapid business expansion in venue acquisitions & internal movements, the venue is seeking an experienced leader in the capacity of Bar Manager to join the venue & assist in driving the business to success.

Reporting to the Venue & General Manager your role is to lead the bar operations in all aspects of venue beverage management, and to support department managers & their teams to deliver on service excellence while also meeting business goals.

**As the Bar Manager within the venue, you are responsible for but not limited to**:
Drive & mentor your managers to collaboratively inspire & create high performing teams
& engage with the senior leadership development programs to support continuous development of your own leadership & your teams

Overall accountability for all product performance within your venue, not limited to venue, product & events management

Oversee financial performance of the bar ensuring compliance, profitability, appropriate wage controls & budgeted results are achieved

As a driven, passionate & focused individual you will possess the following attributes & skills:
Demonstrated excellence in your management field in a similar role
Proven track record in leading & creating high performing teams
Strong background from operational beverage & bar operations, in multifaceted alike venues
Compliance expertise, licensee experience will be highly regarded
Confident in 'managing up' & influential communicator
Excellent business & financial acumen
Open to interstate relocation & negotiation of relocation costs.
