Bar Operations Supervisor

This leadership position is responsible for the overall supervision of bar operations at a vibrant rooftop venue. As a key member of the management team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the business.
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environment is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to motivate their team to deliver excellent results. The ability to build strong relationships with guests and drive operational efficiency is also crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead from the floor to drive operational efficiency and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with guests through exceptional customer service.
- Assist the senior management team with ordering, stock control, compliance, and driving bar efficiency.
- Foster a motivating work environment that encourages bartenders to deliver excellence in every drink and guest interaction.
