**Job Opportunity**
Are you a driven and charismatic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team.
**About the Role**
This is a supervisory position where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service through training, guiding and motivating team members in a fast-paced environment that values friendliness, productivity and commitment to professional delivery of beverage services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train a high-performing team of bar staff.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of mixology, including extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liquor, wine and beers.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop the cocktail list.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
- Drive sales and reach targets through effective management and leadership skills.
- Maintain excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

- Ability to motivate a team and improve performance.
- Initiative and ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
