We are seeking a skilled Beverage Operations Leader to oversee all aspects of our bar service.

This role involves inspiring and training your team, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring timely service in line with charter requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of cocktail presentation, beverage quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and upsells, hitting per-head spend targets.
  • Manage and mentor bar staff, building a motivated and skilled team.
  • Oversee stock management, monthly stocktakes, and wastage tracking.
  • Troubleshoot bar tech (Kounta, Tyro, keg systems, gas lines) to keep service running smoothly.
  • Maintain compliance with RSA, WHS, and relevant policies.
  • Assume full Venue Manager duties when required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a hospitality management role, ideally in a high-volume cocktail bar or event venue.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
  • Strong inventory and compliance management skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Current QLD RSA and valid driver's licence.
