At GenesisCare, we're seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Patient Services Officer to join our team in our Calvary North Adelaide Hospital on a casual basis.

This patient-facing role involves providing administrative support to clients and staff while maintaining a professional, caring, and friendly demeanor in an ever-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and possess knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare mechanisms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff
  • Booking and confirming patients for appointments and consultations
  • Accurately processing relevant paperwork, including data entry
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the clinic
  • Continuously liaising with the team to ensure efficient processes

We're interested in hearing from individuals who:

  • Have previous medical industry experience
  • Eager to learn new systems and applications for managing patient and doctor requests
  • Demonstrate ability to provide ongoing patient care and customer service
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have previous experience working individually or as part of a team
