We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Perform payroll and accounts tasks, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct research and data collection to support business decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Details:

  • Position Level: ASO1 - ASO2
  • Workload: 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week)
  • Location: Adelaide CBD or Port Adelaide
  • Hourly Rates: $33 - $39 per hour
