Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our Workforce Skills and Training Team as an Administrative Support Specialist.
About the role:
- Provide expert administrative support to our Workforce Skills and Training Team.
- Be the first point of contact for program and initiative enquiries, applications, and claims.
- Administer CITB number registrations and variations.
- Assist with conducting audits on claims and funding conditions and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration and customer service roles.
- Highly developed time management, organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
