This professional is renowned for their national development capability across multiple sectors, delivering masterplanned communities, shopping centres, industrial estates, and urban regeneration projects of mixed use.

The Role

As a specialist project manager, you will provide expertise in delivering residential land development projects across Queensland. You will contribute to the development outcome, promoting best practice design, project, and program management across civil infrastructure, sports, recreation, utility services, landscape, and urban design disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development team in creating and monitoring project plans against time, cost, and quality dimensions.
  • Drafting construction briefs, selecting and engaging external suppliers, contractors, and consultant teams.
  • Ensuring projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered on time, to budget, and at the agreed quality standard.
  • Building and managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholder groups (contractors, consultants, Development Managers, approval authorities) to achieve required business outcomes and enhance the image and reputation.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in civil engineering, working for similar developers, contractors, or consultancies. They must be self-starters, able to handle internal stakeholders and external contractors effectively.

Land sub-division experience is essential.
