Compassionate Home Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Home Support Worker to join our organisation. As a Home Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients living in the community.
About the Role- Provide support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients, and assisting with daily activities.
- In-home personal support, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Providing support in accordance with each client's individualised Care Plan.
- Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
- Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
- Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work.
- Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks.
