Mechanical Team Lead

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

  • Supervise and lead a team of experienced tradespeople

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards

  • Monitor and inspect installations to ensure quality standards are met

  • Effectively allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements

  • Communicate effectively within the team and with other stakeholders

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to SMP activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience in SMP supervision

Proficient knowledge of structural, mechanical, piping systems, and electrical

Strong leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with WA mining safety regulations

Proven track record of successfully managing teams
