Job Title: Service Manager

Service Department Leadership

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at City KIA. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department.

Your primary role will be to lead a team of skilled technicians and advisors, ensuring that our customers receive superior service every time they visit our dealership.

  • Manage and motivate a team of service technicians and advisors
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and improve service department efficiency and productivity
  • Provide weekly management reports on all aspects of the service department
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry

• Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer service

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• A passion for cars and automotive technology

• An understanding of dealership operations and processes

• A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
