At our automotive establishment, we are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Service Team Leader. This position involves overseeing the quality control of serviced vehicles and ensuring timely completion of jobs within established parameters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control checks on all serviced vehicles, completing allocated tasks as directed by the Workshop Controller, and advising the controller of any issues that may impact job completion. Additionally, they will be required to road test vehicles prior to job commencement and after job completion, noting any areas of concern.

Key responsibilities of this role include diagnosing and fixing technical problems with vehicles, consulting with the Workshop Controller on any issues, and ensuring service advisors and workshop controllers are informed of any matters outside normal servicing requirements.

We seek an individual with prior experience in an automotive team leader or technician position, holding an Automotive Trade Technician Certificate. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to complete fast service operations and demonstrate flexibility with working hours.
