About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and confident automotive services leader to oversee our service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate jobs in the workshop for efficient operations.
  • Supervise auto technicians to ensure efficient job performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels to regulate vehicle part availability.
  • Oversee customer enquiries to ensure high levels of service excellence.
  • Assign work duties to staff members.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their needs and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of motor vehicles and/or parts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a strong team focus.
  • Be reliable and conscientious.
  • Hold a manual driver's license.
