We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Service Manager to join our high performing Toyota team Are you a leader who can inspire, coach and drive our exceptional service team to continually build on elevating our business to greater levels of capacity and guest experience? This role reports to the Dealer Principal and will be responsible for ensuring the workshop is operating at optimum capacity, sets and achieves service sales and profit objectives in a professional and efficient manner that at all times reflects positively on our brand. We need someone who understands and has a passion for guest experience, is a critical decision maker and a strategic thinker, whilst simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation.

We understand that the Service Manager is an essential role, and we will support you to reach your full potential. Whilst extensive manager experience is preferred, it is not essential. The successful applicant will possess:


• An extensive track record of top service department performance is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating teams and creating a positive working environment.

• Desire to lead and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Capacity to lead, coach and drive teamwork.
